The Social Transcript System is an online platform that allows students to document the social, cultural, sports, educational, and other activities they participate in during their university life. It complements the academic transcript, providing a formal record of the student`s personal development and experiences.

How can I access the system?
Students can log in to the Social Transcript System using the Login shortcut from the Top Menu or Quick Access. Your student Karatekin email and password are required for login.

What types of activities can be recorded in the system?
Social, cultural, sports, educational, career, and social responsibility activities, as well as entertainment and other activities, can be recorded in the system. The activity must be approved by the faculty board.

How do I document an activity I participated in?
After uploading the details of the activity to the system, it will be submitted to the faculty board for approval. Once approved, the activity will be added to your transcript.

When will my activity certificate be approved?
Your event`s disruption will be approved after review by the organization. Your approval will be tracked upon entry into the system.

In which situations can I use my Social Transcript certificate?
The Social Transcript certificate can be used to showcase your competencies and experiences in job applications, internship requests, and other career-related processes after graduation.
